Our mission is to build a mindful community of plants, animals and people with respect and compassion for all, where you can come on a regular basis and participate, observe and learn, and become personally invested in this amazing place.

We host educational farm weekend retreats, with 2 nights of camping, meals included, covering thorough explanation of all the systems and the native aspect of the land here.

We have many different fruit trees in our orchard including apple, pear, stone fruit,  as well as lots of nitrogen fixing bushes and grasses that are self-propagating (reseeding annuals). Plus berries, grapes, favas and other beans, sunflowers for seed, and lots of food production.  We have guinea fowl for eggs and insect control, and barn cats, and the cats are important to protect the property from gophers, rabbits and squirrels.  In addition to the electric wire fence to protect the cats from bobcats.
